Of course the main character's now changed his ways as we go through the opening sequence and through the voiceover as an audience member that his ways are now changed.
We wanted to use a actor who could act as though he was from the rough London atmosphere. Therefore we looked for a actor who could act tough and speak in a less cockney version and use more of the lower class language and make it sound more believeable. We also decided to use this boy to manipulate the general stereotype of the lower class men. Although many of them dress in tracksuits and massive hoodies, we allowed them to wear slimed baggy jeans with dark colours and hoodie to give him a dark view to the audience members.
